All employees and management in carrying out their duties and responsibilities must comply with the following code of ethics:
• Always carry out all their work with honesty and high integrity and take/decide on every action to be the best action for the Company.
• Always uphold Company secrets while working and after working at the Company.
• Always keep yourself from committing corruption and mark-ups, not accepting commissions or rewards or gratitude in any form from third parties due to work or position.
• Always keep yourself from doing any form of activity that can cause conflict of interest between the scope of work and other interests. The conflict of interest in question is the existence of family relationships, ownership relationships, profit-sharing relationships, and/or relationships of economic value. If in the future a conflict of interest arises, the employee concerned is obliged to notify the Company and needs to obtain written approval from the Company.
• Always be polite in behavior, words and actions towards fellow employees, subordinates, superiors, and/or other third parties.
• Always try to prioritize resolving problems and disputes through deliberation and avoid intimidating methods, threats, provocations, verbal disputes or physical disputes.
• Provide all creative works while working in the company as the property of the Company and not the property of individual employees.
