Environmental Social Responsibility
In every construction of outlets, offices and warehouses, the Company has complied with government regulations on construction permits including Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) permits. Meanwhile, in determining the work environment, the Company pays close attention to feasibility and safety including air circulation

The Company opens up employment opportunities for all levels of society without limiting gender, ethnicity, race and religion. The Company has also prepared transparent career development and adequate remuneration as a form of appreciation to employees. To date, the Company has employed more than 20,000 employees both at the head office, branch offices, warehouses and outlets throughout Indonesia
Health
The Company includes all its employees in the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) program, both BPJS Health and Employment. Within a certain working period, the Company also completes it with other Health Insurance such as Reliance. This step is to provide convenience and comfort for employees in seeking treatment
For the surrounding community, the Company also routinely holds free health check-ups. This program aims to encourage the community to be more aware of their health.
Social Responsibility in the Community Sector
The community is one of the Company's main stakeholders. Therefore, the Company always holds CSR activities in the community sector as a manifestation of its commitment to grow with the community. In 2018, together with the Nahdatul Ulama Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh Institution (LazisNU), the Company also carried out mass circumcision activities for more than 1,000 children spread across all branches.
Education
The Company has collaborated with the Ministry of Education through the Education Office in various cities in Indonesia to develop a retail curriculum called 'Alfamidi Class' in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This program is also equipped with a retail laboratory facility called 'Teaching Factory' which is a grant from the Company for schools. The purpose of this program is to create prospective ready-to-use workers and prospective young entrepreneurs in the retail sector. The advantage of this program is the job guarantee for its graduates. To date, the Company has 16 Teaching Factories spread across Sulawesi, Kalimantan (East) and Java.
Humanitarian Assistance
The Company always distributes aid to areas affected by disasters such as the tsunami that hit Central Sulawesi and Banten, either run together with the local government, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), the media or run independently.
