The Company established its first branch in Serpong (Banten Province), the Company opened its first Alfamidi Outlet on Jalan Garuda, Central Jakarta

April

The Company changed its name to PT Midi Utama Indonesia

September

The Company established a branch in Surabaya (East Java Province)

2009

March

The Company introduced its first Alfaexpress Outlet on Jalan Mangga Besar, West Jakarta

2010

April

Established a branch in Denpasar (Bali Province)

June

Established a branch in Bekasi (West Java Province)

August

Established a branch in Makassar (South Sulawesi Province)

November

Conducted an initial public offering (IPO) of 15% of the Company's shares and listed them on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

2011

June

The Company signed a Master License Agreement (MLA) with Lawson Inc., Japan.

Opened the first Lawson outlet on Jalan Kemang Raya, South Jakarta

2012

Established a branch in Medan (North Sumatra Province)

January

PT Amanda Cipta Persada sold 41.82% of its shares to PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (SAT), therefore SAT became the majority shareholder.

Established a branch in Samarinda (East Kalimantan Province)

Closed a branch in Denpasar (Bali Province)

2014

May

Opened a new branch in Bitung, Cikupa, West Java as a replacement for the Serpong branch.

December

PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (SAT) purchased 30% of the Company's shares from Lawson Asia Pacific Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, so that SAT's share ownership in the Company became 86.72%.

Alfaexpress outlets are no longer operating

April

Established a branch in Yogyakarta, DIY.

The Company introduced the first Alfasupermarket outlet on Jalan Citra Raya, Cikupa, Tangerang.

Opened the 1000th Alfamidi outlet in Depok.

2016

August

The Company rebranded the Alfasupermarket brand to Alfamidi super.
